Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Jewelry Care
To preserve the quality and longevity of your pieces, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exposure to pools, oceans, or chemicals. Proper care will help maintain its finish and durability over time.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your bank

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
